FULL MOON PARTY HISTORY & ORIGIN
The Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan, Thailand, is a legendary beach party that draws thousands of visitors from around the globe each month. Held on the night of the full moon. This vibrant event is renowned for its electrifying atmosphere, pulsating music, and dazzling light displays.
The party traces its roots back to the 1980s when a group of travelers organized a small gathering to celebrate the full moon. Over the years, the party gained popularity, transforming from a modest gathering into a world-famous event.
