Lalita's Fried Chicken and Papaya Salad

TOM YUM GOONG HOT POT

This hearty and flavorful soup features fresh water prawns, eggs, cabbage, mushrooms, and udon noodles, all simmered together in the tantalizing “Tom Yum” hot and sour broth. Served in a jumbo hot pot, it is a dish that warms both the body and the soul.

Tom Yum Seafood Paella

In a delightful fusion of Thai and Spanish cuisines, Chef Lalita presents her unique twist on paella. Succulent cold water lobster, New Zealand mussels, prawns, calamari, and Bay scallops are expertly prepared in a tantalizing “Tom Yum” hot and spicy fried rice. Bangkok Roti

Old Fashioned Corn Fritters
