Lalita's Fried Chicken and Papaya Salad

Prepare to be wowed by Chef Lalita’s renowned fried chicken, served alongside a refreshing papaya salad, sweet chili dip, and sticky rice. This mouthwatering combination perfectly balances the succulent, crispy chicken with the tangy and spicy flavors of the salad, creating a harmonious symphony of taste and texture.


This hearty and flavorful soup features fresh water prawns, eggs, cabbage, mushrooms, and udon noodles, all simmered together in the tantalizing “Tom Yum” hot and sour broth. Served in a jumbo hot pot, it is a dish that warms both the body and the soul.

Tom Yum Seafood Paella

In a delightful fusion of Thai and Spanish cuisines, Chef Lalita presents her unique twist on paella.
